i was wondering about how you guys have been feeling towards baseball in the last couple years? i for one am SICK of hearing about so-and-so was juicing,when my solution is simple as it can get----if you get caught or are heavily suspect of useing,than all your records and stats for that year should be null and void and depending on the circumstance-lifetime ban.scare the shit outa players with their career and we might see a sharp decline in juicing? bud selig needs to put his damn foot down and realize that this sport is going down the shits and FAST! i can't be the only one who sees a homerun and wonders if a needle put that ball over the fence? obviously buds stance on roids leaves WAY too much wiggle room for the fu@#in cheaters to get away with it? rant over, appreciate the input.:angry2::angry2:

Lol, like the NFL is any better. Merriman gets suspended for 4 games in 07 for juicing and still wins defensive player of the year award.

yeah, u know that they are actually going after phelps as if hes a fucking criminal for smoking a bong? dude he won our country how many gold medals? cut the man some slack, if people were that concerned w/ steroids it wouldn't be a problem. i think that the higher-ups are looking at it like--steroids gives people exciting moments and roid free, it might be boring when in comparison. im just pissed that as a fan of sports, we are watching the integrity of sporst just fadeing into obscurity. i remember watching mark macguire hit that legendary homerun and i wa going nuts in my living room---only to find out it was a sham? that is still the lowest of the low points in baseball's history:angry4:

You do realize 1/4 the pitchers who gave up these bombs were juicing too. And there is no proof that juicing improves performance on the baseball field. It was part of the game for a couple years when Selig turned a blind eye in hopes of increased power numbers after the strike. If you look back 50 years there is evidence of players taking speed prior to games which I would imagine is also considered performance enhancing. In my mind, this is all on Selig who by my estimation is one of the worst commitioners of all time. If only Selig had given George W. Bush the commitioners chair when he wanted it, MLB wouldnt have had the worst commitioner of all time, and America wouldn't have had an attrocious president for 8 years.

If they wanna juice, fine. When they are 50 and dead, then so be it! I love baseball and cant wait for it to start. There is cheating in sports going back into the 40s and 50s with substances on baseball, pitches cutting balls, frozen bats, baseballs kept in humidifiers, and so on. Major sports are just as much as entertainment than a sport. When I go to a game, I wanna see long bombs hit all the time and not a 1-0 game.
