If the Flyers get past the Devils, they are not beating the Caps/Rangers winner. Those team just play defense way too well and can also score.

The Kings I can see just because Quick has been on fire. And with the way Quick has been playing there is no reason to believe the Kings couldn't beat the Coyotes or Preds in a 7 game series.

Honestly I have no idea who is going to make it. I am leaning towards a Caps/Preds final but even then I really have no faith in that predicition.

I think he's half right, Kings look pretty strong right now

By all rights, when you look at that roster, especially with Quick, they should have had a far better record this season anyways

Sutter has clearly done wonders since he took over the bench down there

Kinda shocked with the Blues though, Kings/Blues play a very similar style of game, relying on great team defense, great goaltending and strong forechecking. Really thought this was gonna be a 6-7 game series with the Blues winning

Shows watching and playing hockey for my entire life taught me nothing I guess haha

No matter what happens in the next round, The Kings are the story of these playoffs. 8-1 against the Top 2 seeds in the West and a chance to still play the 3rd seed. Imagine an 8 seed beating the 1, 2, 3 seeds in their conference? Even without a cup thats the greatest playoff run in history.

I want to see PHI vs PHX for the cup. PHX is the most enjoyable team of the playoffs for me... only because I am mad at the Kings.



More likely it is going to be a Kings/NYR series, which I really could see the Kings winning.
