Riv, congrats on your daughter. Nothing in the world compares to that. Enjoy it......my daughter's now 17, and lemme tell you, once that teenage attitude kicks in, it truly make you long for the days when you could hold her in your arms. You have a long way to go though.
Congrats to the Bruins. Nice to see an original 6 yeam win the Cup again. It was a great series. In fact, the whole playoff season was awesome.
I am so happy Lidstrom will be with the Wings again next year, and takes yet another Norris. An argument could easily be made for him being the greatest defenceman of all time. And a class act all the way.
So where do you boys think Jagr will end up, if he does return to the NHL? Immense talent - I have always been a fan. He's up there in age, and we have yet to see how playing in a "lesser" league might affect his abilities in the NHL.

Wow, Philly last night....definatley changing the landscape in "The city of brotherly love"
Carter getting traded wasn't a big suprise, I've heard Columbus for about a week, but Richards going as well.......They better hope Schenn turns out to be the real deal!!
As far as Jagr is concernd...never liked the dude, but TSN was saying this morning, Montreal, Pitts. and Wash. are the leading candidates right now.

I thought that the awards went to the right players. I actually watched nearly the entire show.
I'm really hoping that Detroit isn't interested in Jagr.

The Bruins got lucky with Dougie Hamilton falling to number 9. Everyone projected him a Top 5 pick. So the Bruins have basically gotten two Top 5 picks two years in a row added to a Stanley Cup caliber team. I kind of like our future.

But if not then he goes. Right now there are a few puck movers on the FA market so I expect that if we lose out on Kaberle then we will make a move for another one.
I like Kaberle more then most Bruins fans but he is no Savard when it comes to the power play.
