Yea if you aren't excited about this series then you aren't a hockey fan. The only series that might match it would be a Blackhawks v. Canucks series.

What was a fucking great game. Philly bullied the Penguins.


GOOD. I love the Bruins, Flames and Philly. They always have a physically tough lineup that can bully any team in the league. Of course, I did not love the officiating last playoffs.

The Penguins are the most elitist team in the league and for them to get trounced out in the first round would give me great happiness.

As for those three teams only the Bruins can bully anybody. Philly has the ability to be scrappy team and respond in kind but they don't bully anybody. Their toughness is wildly overrated. And the Flames? That has to be a joke right? I live in Calgary so I get way more Flames exposure than necessary. That team is one of the most mentally weak in the league. Outside of Iginla they have zero heart.

The Flames used to be scrappy. They no longer are. I used to love watching the games while.growing up. Not presently as they are infinitely different. . I should have stated that these were teams of the past not present that I enjoyeed.

Now we all get to see what the Penguins are made out of. This is the kindf a lose that can kill a team mentally and they have to know if they drop game 2 to the Flyers they are basically done. If they can come back from this lose and put a stamp on the Flyers then they will show why must people have begged them the favorite. If they wilt away then a lot of people, including myself, will be wrong about them.

Without one of the Sedin the Canucks are nothing better then a mediocre team. Those two are so important to the team that without them they just can't compete.

And finally the Predators should be on everyone's Dark Horse list. This is a team that could easily walk away with the Cup and getting past the Wings in the first round would go a long way to showing that.
