So after giving a buddy a hard time on the Canucks losing via txt... He re-issued last years challenge to me...

He bet 3-1 odds for him tongiht (Nucks down 0-2) Canucks would win the cup. His 50 dollars to my 150.. If anyone else wins the cup, I win the bet.

We did this bet last year but it was made in January, so I have to give him props for having balls (also was my 300 to his 100). Tonight it was made in the end of the second period. I feel confident at those odds and I feel I should give him the chance to earn back the money he lost to me last year..

I put the cash I won towards (partial) a Fly Fishing Rod.. this year since its only 50, I guess I could by some flies lol....

I dont watch regular season hockey any more but I love play offs..... I played hockey growing up in northern BC Canada... Bets make play offs that much more intense...

Whats your thoughts on my bet?

Nice win by my Wings last night. They looked sharp and stayed out of the box. Glad that Bertuzzi got into with Weber for that cheap shot at Zetterberg at the end of game 1.
