Yea and last season the Seahawks where 7-9 and beat the shit out of the defending Super Bowl champs.

The Pats bitch smacked the Jets twice during the regular season last year and then got spanked by them in the playoffs.

This season the defending AFC champions lost to an 8-8 with basically a rookie QB.

I guess I am trying to say stats don't matter in the playoffs.

Last year the jets and pats split the season series 1-1, then the jets beat em in the playoffs.
