Terrorism is the act of using fear, intimidation, and/or violence to influence or change another's political, social, environmental, religious, or economical beliefs. By that definition any act of war or open conflict between two or more nations is an act of terrorism. On a side note Islam is a religion of love and peace. To judge an entire people by the acts and beliefs of a few is beyond ignorant. I am a white man from the South, I have the Virginia fighting flag tattooed on my body with the words Death Before Dishonor. How many here would or just did judge me for that? It is great to think we don't stereotype or have prejudice in us. Sadly most don't remember prejudice means to pre-judge another.
I think the writer was talking about women not being as good or as tough in mma as men which he did a poor job of explaining.
What I do indeed find interesting is a muslim Malaysian female competing in mma. I'm sure she is dealing with a lot of pressure from very conservative clerics that don't approve of her even practicing mma in the first place.
Best of luck to her in the fight and breaking down walls for her fellow muslim sisters.
I don't know how terrorism became the topic, but you are absolutely right.
