Weight lifting? Do you squat? Do you do leg extensions on the machine? The reason I ask is because I tore mine doing leg extensions. I kept lifting the rest of the year until it bothered me so much I had to get an MRI. I think that actually made it worse...so be careful. If I was doing squats, make sure you don't go past parallel and if you do leg extensions, I would do reverse leg extension with a band instead.

My training is steadily going. Just putting in my time at the bottom. De La Riva is pretty nice.
