Really curious where Phil Davis was in all of this, since the Prado fight is still on course and of little ranking relevance and one would think of all possible LHWs, he'd be good to go.

I keep envisioning Dana sitting in his office depressed and downtrodden as all hell, when all of a sudden Chuck bursts through the wall Kool-Aid Man style in vintage Iceman attire, doing his post fight arms extended, screaming pose, offering to take the Jones fight. It has been helping me get through this lol.
Where were ALL the LHWs? Sonnen, Weidman and Belfort stepped up, all MW.

Lyoto is double fucked, no? Lyoto's title shot was waiting on the sideline, now its waiting in the locker room. If Hendo even gets the next shot then Lyoto? Lyoto wont remain inactive for a year to wait on a title fight.

Im confused too man. Crazy day of events.

Why would Jones take Belfort over Sonnen.. At least with Sonnen, Jones was already training for a wrestler. Belfort will come out like a bat outta hell looking for the quick ko.
And if you want beef, then bring the ruckus

I would love to see that happen. A boy can dream, can he not?

Dude, could you imagine the features of that child? The thought reminds me of the old Conan O'brian segment, "If They Would Have Made It" where they would morph the pics of two famous people to see what their love child would look like.

Anderson offered to fight a LHW to save 151.

Weidman is a huge middleweight and right now is more of a contender than victor and offered to fight.

Also I'm sick of this former champ talk with vitor he wasn't really the champ the fight ended by cut like 30 seconds into the round then lost convincingly in the immediate rematch.

While I agree that his victory over Couture isn't the most credible however, he DID win the UFC 12 Heavyweight Tournament, so technically he is a former UFC champion.

This was one of the craziest days in mma ever. I've been glued to these forums for hours today. I can't believe all this. Mind is blown
