    6 days on your diet and 1 day off will help the transition --- it will be make it easier for you to keep on the diet as you won't be thinking about how good a burger would taste on day 13 and end up going to McDick's.

    I can eat a burger just cant eat the bun.

    It's amazing how difficult my life style is without bread.

    All my go to meals contain bread in some way. It's a bit of a culture shock when you make the switch.

    haha. today For lunch I had three cans of chunk light tuna with 3 stalks of celery and some pickeled gingers mixed in.

    It was pretty good bro. The celery helps with the texture.

    this is definitely what Paleo is...what's hysterical to me is how clowns like Robb Wolf will denounce any and all grains, including pseudo-grains like quinoa and buckwheat which contain no gluten and could be eaten raw once soaked, yet he's OK with drinking alcohol every day...yeah like that was around back in the day...also if you read that Wiki article (not that it's a good sourcE) but it denounces a lot of stupid shit that Paleo dudes promote...

    in my practice we utilize a paleo diet but we NEVER call it that. we cut it all the processed food and bread because wheat is the devil, but we don't let it get a name because all of these have some sort of connotation associated with them.
