EDIT: Im not 13. Your childish sh*t doesnt work with me..
I'm glad that your not 13 because that would make my favorite survivor specialist a child molester. Him being gay is totally cool, on the other hand.

I hope this isn't too big, because it's awesome.

Being gay is cool now? Shit..I believe it's perfectly acceptable, but idk about it being the cool thing to do. Who knows, maybe idk what I'm missing out on. Where's Crisco?

Man, what the hell has been going on with the forums recently? So much drama.

Thanks for the reading. I was really surprised to see the pictures against the true percentages. I would have thought most of them had less body fat by visual.

This isn't a bodybuilding forum, you can't have abs with over 12% body fat. And how in the fuck can you "prove" gsp was not under 10% body fat.

With that said, why outta everything in this thread did the 10% body fat get your attention ? Nobody cares what you "claim" to know about body fat anyway, but overall its irrelevant.

So ppl with 18-20% can have abs too, right? So lets say 170lb fighter can have 20% body fat (34 pounds of fat) and still have abs? Please just stop if it has nothing to do with the fight.

This thread is about BJ Penn and the shape he is in, as depicted by the title. You think you have some sort of authority to tell me what not to post?

It got my attention because it was inaccurate and I pointed it out. Then someone questioned me and I defended my stance as best I could. The people that read this thread even learned something. BJ has been nowhere near 10% bodyfat at LW and the claim is he is magically UNDER 10% body fat when hes fighting at 170. Ridiculous, and I pointed it out.Whats your problem bro?

This thread devolved and v3xi still doesn't know why.

I expected him to claim that he is a crazy, yoked up bodybuilder who actually knows about what he is talking about from his perspective.

But, instead he said he would go to bodybuilding.com to learn about what he was talking about then come back and show me good.

All the while, I only meant to say that B.J. knows a hell of alot more about fitness being a fighter than v3xi does. Let's get the verdict from the guys at bodybuilder.com.

Backtracking from a previous dumb ass comment.

Bodybuilding.com has people that train with Olympians, trained with former Olympic champions, have access to Olympic trainers and some have access to the best fitness and nutritionists on the planet. Some people on that site win big body building contests or bench 500+ lbs. How dare I invoke such bullshit right? Its not like this site where maybe 1 in 15 even do some form of MMA and I don't even want to guess how many have access to UFC fighters. Some I am sure, but not many.

I knew once I mentioned BB.com you people would jump on it. Fact remains, BJ is not currently 10% bodyfat and I am right even though I got jumped on. Sig bet is still on if you want it back peddler.
