He never looks ripped. For his frame, I think he looks in pretty decent shape.
I agree that this is not the best shape he has came, but he looks decent. He looked like that in the 1st Machida fight.
In pride he looked in better shape, but today is better than the last two times.

I hope Swick knocks Brown out cold. Going to be a good night of fights, I can't wait.

It looked to me like he didn't actually understand the rule for title fights. Maybe reading to much into it but seemed like he thought it was ok to come in at the weight he did.

Either way all fighter will fight thats good.
On Shogun the mid section is a area where a fighter can be in great shape with cardio and not look ripped.
Hoping to see the old quick Mike Swick again. I like Brown hate to see him lose, but always enjoyed Mikes fights.

You're right. I saw this report after.
Doesn't anyone in his team consult him about this? like a manager or his own brother who fought for a title 10 months ago? The obvious question I would have asked is, "hasn't he ever watched a weigh in with a title on the line", but then again I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't.

Didnt we all look in better shape in our 20's as opposed to our 30's?

    Yes sir!

Did anyone catch what Rory said to Penn at the stare down?

Rory looks very emotional going into this fight, not sure if that is a good or bad thing for Penn.

I want Diaz to sub, shogun to tko, and bj to ko/sub...

...but I wouldn't be surprised to see bendo ud, goose ud, and rory ud

That said I like every fighter on this main card! Plus it FREE...WAR THAT!
