    T NATION | How to Build Pure Strength

    half way down the page there's a diagram of the weeks and weights and sets...very easy to follow.

    once you measure your 1RM (rep max) you plug in the weight and viola...Jim's books usually come with the PDF (if you get the ebook, or you know...the "Free" version) where you plug in your numbers and it saves you using your brain to calculate it hehe

    OK, Crisco, do you have time to eat in the morning? or PREPARE something to eat in the morning?

    na its cool man air it out. I'm currently 255 at about 25-28%

    Pretty much whatever I want. I avoid bread and shit but then go ass backwards at night and binge on ice cream.

    I haven't done much in the way of my nutrition have just mostly been lifting and thats it.

    ready to do a full over hall. prefer beef.

    Yea I wanted to get stronger and I got stronger now it's time to lean out

    Yes. get on a good diet and hit the cardio...

    You should give boxing a try. It will help you become a better fighter and help you lose weight at the same time.

    I use to train MMA quite a bit about 5 years ago.

    I was 182 at around 12% bodyfat. I ballooned up really fast when I starting seeing my current girlfriend. Gained 50 pounds in a year and then another 30 and kind hovered there.

    I know how to train and I'm going back to grappling and such asap.

    It's more of a putting it all into practice then actually figuring out what to do for me if that makes sense.
