    I'm ok for now I'm going to focus on body comp and start structuring my vitamins and nutrients better when I cut 30 pounds or so. hoping to get there in 6 months or less don't want to lose too much muscle.

    zero of my clients ever lost muscle mass...it's honestly very hard to do lol Only people who do calorie deprivation nonsense that go through it.
