Default Bellator 97 tomorrow. Who is ready?!?

Tomorrow night is Bellator 97. Is anyone pumped for this card. Here are the fights and look even the Seahawks quarterback is fighting, (just kidding).

    Bellator 97: Chandler vs. Rickels

    Date: July 31, 2013

    Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

    Venue: Santa Ana Center

    Broadcast: Spike TV, Spike.com

MAIN CARD (Spike TV, 7 p.m. ET)
Michael Chandler vs. David Rickels - for lightweight title
Ben Askren vs. Andrey Koreshkov - for welterweight title
Muhammed Lawal vs. Jacob Noe - Summer Series light-heavyweight tourney final
Ryan Martinez vs. Vitaly Minakov - Summer Series heavyweight tourney final
    Jared Downing vs. Patricio Freire

    PRELIMINARY CARD (Spike.com, 6 p.m. ET)
    Will Brooks vs. Cris Leyva
Rodrigo Lima vs. Rafael Silva - bantamweight tournament semifinal
Frank Baca vs. Anthony Leone - bantamweight tournament semifinal
    Mike Barreras vs. Bubba Jenkins
    Keith Berry vs. Jeremy Kimball
    Shawn Bunch vs. Russell Wilson
    Richard Jacquez vs. Javier Palacios
    Felipe Chavez vs. Adrian Cruz
    Donald Sanchez vs. Cliff Wright

So being the Missouri homer that I am I am super pumped to see Chandler and Askren fight. Chandler is a beast and Askren finished his last fight and it would be nice to see that trend continue, but this Russian may be tough. I like Rickels but I think Chandler will be to much for him. We also got King Mo the heavy weight final and a pitbull brother on the card. This is going to be a bad ass free card.

Special note that Askren is an awesome Frisbee golfer. Before he left Missouri he trained at ATT. The black belt I trained under trained there before he opened his own gym. He said Askren is awesome at Frisbee golf. Said his hands are very strong and he can throw the disc super far.

Ben Askrin was on team Discraft and has placed 2nd (2011) in a US amature championship tournament and 9th (2009) in the amature worlds.

And if you want beef, then bring the ruckus

My bjj instructor says askren plays the disc gold barefoot.

Can't wait for these fights. The askren fight will be interesting. Schlemenko has some killers coming out of there.

I actually believe that in few years, Russia will be a very very big potence in MMA. Bellattor already has some very good russian prospects, and there are a couple of Dagestanis in the UFC that look like solid championship material.

Askren is considered to be a (very boring) beast, and is definitely the favorite to win. But Koreshkov is not a joke, and if he loses, I hope that he makes a good fight.
Not only brazilians can do this stuff

This is a great card! I'll be watching it over teh weekend, so I'll have to hide from the forums or at least some of the threads.

Ok I know bellator wants to do their own thing but get better camera angles and would it hurt to play a little music?

Pumped for tonight. Pashak's did you see their prime time show entitled the "Russian invasion"? It was pretty good.

Awesome seeing the two Missouri boys fighting back to back!
