If someone has the mental capacity to train, as this person has exhibited, and is on their own free will wishing to fight then I do not believe it is anyone's right to step in and say he cannot. The coaches and people around him have the ability to observe if this person is capable enough to compete, I disagree with the decision the state made.

what abunch of pricks. I just moved to Florida haha and I have heard nothing but bad thigns about the state government.
so none of you would blame the state for letting a dude with DS Fight a dude with cerebral palsy when one of the two get really hurt or die i say bull shit and the state did what was right.
just the cost of the state getting sued if something bad happens tell me they made the right choice
