he has earned a purple belt in BJJ from his mentor John Kavanagh, which means he will be very hard to finish if the fight hits the canvas
I disagree with you on this one.
He has lost by submission 2 times, both times in 30 seconds. His purple belt is OK but there are many black belts in the UFC.
And in some of his fights, despite that he won, he was in positions where good BJJ fighters would put him in a lot of trouble.
He will lose to a good wrestler or BJJ fighter.

He did say this fight ehh.. Holloway doesn't posses the grand game to stop Conor there.
I really believe that people like Bill Murray or John Belushi are just as great and just as valid as Robert De Niro or Al Pacino. And I don't think you can say One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975) is a better movie than Animal House (1978); they're different genres. I think they're both examples of great craftsmanship.

It depends who you are comparing him with.

And yes, McGregor most likely is going to win this fight. But I do not see him beating the Top fighters, there is a lot of hype around him; maybe because he is Irish, maybe because he has an exciting striking style, maybe because of his motivational quotes.
But guys as promising as him, we have seen a lot. So far I have seen no reason to consider him a future great. At least he is still young

Pashak doesn't like McGregor due to his watching Leprechaun when he was 8.
