Default Mir vs Overeem added to UFC 167

    http://www.reviewjournal.com/sports/...niversary-card

Another major fight has been added to UFC 167 as Alistair Overeem will fight Las Vegan Frank Mir at the MGM Grand on Nov. 16.

Both fighters will enter the bout on losing streaks as Overeem has been knocked out twice in a row and Mir has suffered three straight defeats.

The heavyweight contest joins a welterweight title bout between Johny Hendricks and Georges St. Pierre and a recently announced light heavyweight matchup between Chael Sonnen and Rashad Evans on a stacked card as part of the 20th anniversary celebration of UFC 1.

Another terrible match-up for Mir, I can only see this going one way.. Overeem TKO. Mir doesn't use his head when he fights bigger, much stronger guys.
Fedor Emelianenko is the Greatest P4P MMA fighter to ever walk the earth, hands down.

    Overeem should wreck Mir.

Dos Santos, Cormier, Barnett, Overeem is a brutal stretch. At least Frank has a future in the broadcast booth. That is if he still has a functioning brain after this run of losses.

If overeem finds a way to lose this one, he might as well fire himself from mma. Mir has looked horrible for awhile now.

Mir gets clinched, pushed Into the cage and finished in short order. Dammit.

Roider matchup! If it is a long fight it will be full of inaction after the 2nd stanza.

If Overeem can keep it on the feet and not get cocky, he should be able to take this by 1st rd TKO.
