Didn't DC say he didn't want to fight in Sweden anyway?

Yes, he said he wouldn't be able to have the foods he would need to cut.

I think DC is the wrong fight b/c it takes a challenger out of the immediate picture with a loss.

I agree, I thought a fight between goose and lil nog was perfect. I guess maybe the davis/goose rematch. And then do DC vs....how long is lil nog out?

My exact thoughts. It's November 1st and the fight was scheduled for mid March. I mean how bad is the injury if he's pulling out of the fight now? You'd figure he would give it a month and see how he was doing and go back to training around December and still have a solid 13 weeks to train, but just seems like he threw in the towel already. Not to mention it's the 2nd time he pulled out of a fight with Goose.

I know he's a big name and all, but if a guy has pulled out of more fights than he's actually fought in the UFC, it might be time to let him go.

I'm sorry, but Sonnens comments made me snicker.

Fights less than Ghandi... Carmen Sandiego...

I immediately thought of Sonnen's reaction to this when I first saw it as he was just ripping on lil Nog recently for always pulling out of fights by injury.

Just out curiosity, did anybody NOT get the Carmen San Diego reference? That was funny.
