Exactly, but then stfu and stop making demands about what type of fight would bring you out of retirement. If he wants to retire that's fine, and that's his right, but then stop talking about fights you want. It just makes him seem childish.

Last time they fought Diaz totally outclassed him and won easily... not sure how you could even legitimately sell the match. Lots of other routes to go if you want winnable matches for Nate and Gomi in a co-main

After all the times Nick failed to fulfill his obligations, retires after he loses, gets popped on drug tests, he's not worth the trouble. He's a hell of a fighter just too much of a loose cannon.

I think you're thinking of Nick Diaz.

Nick will come out of retirement when he runs out of weed money.

I think it was a Nick Diaz that wasn't even considering fighting again and only a title fight was really an option in his mind.
He's saying " hey dana, dont even talk to me unless its for the strap". He may be perfectly happy not fighting at all ever again. In that case i say good on him.

I don't know why but all of Nicks crazy decisions and statements are fully understandable by me. Not that I agree with them, but I can see where he's coming from.

    Must be the drugs....

No. Did I imply that I was?
Or did you miss any of the press releases or dana's rhetoric immediately after 167? In my opinion, that would qualify both as pressure, and as pressure being levied against someone who clearly didn't have the fire to compete.
