Out of curiosity for those that have a better understanding of the forum, what is the percentage of "actual contributors" (your definition) that participates in this? I've been here since 2006, and I've never done it. Have nothing against it, it's all about guessing what will happen based on everything you've seen in the past, but how many actually do it?

    Updated Rules:

    Pick winner of fight-1 point
Pick way of victory- 2 point
    Pick round- 2 point
    Fight of the night-4 points
    KO of the night-4points
    Sub of the night-4points

TKO and KO will be counted as one. UD and SD will be counted as one

    Standings based on points.

If a fight is changed and you don't change your pick you will stick with your pick. Example, fighter withdraws with injury and is replaced and you have the injured fighter picked you lose.

In order to get points for round and method of victory you must get pick the winner of fight. Example, you pick Randy to TKO Brock in the second round. Brock TKOs Randy in the second, you get 0 points.

Picking will stop once the event starts. Late picks will be accepted as long as the fight has not yet started. If you submit a pick for a fight that has already started, it will not count. Any edits done after an event starts will cause you to forfeit all picks.

Your lowest two scores or two missed events will be dropped at the end of the year when the final scores are posted.

*How does that look? Any concerns on those rules by anyone?

    I have a question:

So let's say you have 12 fights that you have guessed at. Even if you get all 12 fights correctly, you only get a score of 10 fights? As the last two are dropped?

No, two event scores will be dropped at the end of the year. This means if you do not submit any picks for two whole events, you will not be penalized and can continue to be competative in your participation.

For example, if the season was 10 fight cards long and at the end of the year, your scores were as follows:

    20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 22, 22, 22, 12, 0 (missed event)

You could drop your 12 and 0.

Everyone drops their lowest two scores or two missed events.

And is it 5 points for each SOTN, FOTN and KOTN ?
I only said it because I can't possibly be that right about any card. I'm always wrong.

But yes, it actually was 4 for the bonus awards as was mentioned.
