    Josh Grispi.

Rise: Was 14-1, finishing almost all of his opponents in the first round, and was the #1 contender to fight Aldo for Aldo's first UFC title defense.

Fall: Aldo got injured; Poirier steps in and dominates Grispi, Grispi loses another 3 after that and then subsequently released from the UFC. He hasn't fought since.

I think Costa was not well prepared for this fight.

Sometimes you can tell who is prepared and who is not even before one single punch is connected.
Watching how Luke was just standing there, focused, calm, avoiding very easily all attacks from Costa, who was just moving and throwing sloppy attacks without any positive result, touching his face wanting to know if he was bleeding, etc., watching that, you already know who is going to win.

Philippou usually comes in excellent shape and very well prepared, but yesterday he did not looked ready at all.
Not only brazilians can do this stuff

I think Rockhold is just a superior fighter in all elements of the fight game.

Agreed. Rockhold showed he was on another level. He needs a big step up. Machida would be perfect.

Yes Rockhold is so solid! Would love to see him fight Machida. And he needs to get over that Vitor fight already because he cant stop mentioning it !
