Mir stalls too much and doesn't press the action too much. Alistair will come to him, clinch him up like everyone else has the last how many fights, and take care of him on the cage. I love Frank but he's been practically beaten the same way in his losing streak.

I'll bet he goes to Team Alpha Male after this.

Well Overeem was also supposed to destroy BigFoot and Browne...
Not only brazilians can do this stuff

I actually see Overeem putting Mir to sleep in brutal fashion, but I like Frank and have been a fan for awhile so I dont really want to see that.

Could definitely see Mir subbing Overeem if he gets careless like he did in the last couple outings, but I think Alistair finishes this one. Hoping to see Overeem get back in the mix, but I like Mir too.. Somebody might get their walking papers after this one, would hate to see it and plenty of other fighters are much more deserving of being cut but I've seen DW do crazier shit that makes no sense

To be fair, he was dominating Bigfoot and then got tired/lazy in the 3rd and Bigfoot made him pay. In the Browne fight he had him hurt bad with that body shot and could have/should have finished him, but major props to Browne for his heart and coming back to stop him. Out of the 2, I would say Mir has looked worse in his losses.

I dont think a Browne/Bigfoot rematch with Overeem would go their way the 2nd time if Alistair is motivated and doesnt get careless and goes for the kill. This fight will tell us alot about both Frank and Reem's future and where their head/heart is at.

Dont think this ends well for Frank tho

I think Overeem takes him to the cage and destroys him. It's Mir's most easily exploited weakness, and all of his loses have been a video blueprint on how to do it...

    That said, War Mir! Hah.

I think Overeem has not gone in for the kill with the ol' killer instinct since he fought Brock..when he tested positive, coincidence? He needs to capitalize on the times he has an opponent hurt. He's successful when he's an offensive machine; he needs his offense to win the fight before he has to rely on his defense.

Everyone summed up Mir against the cage already.

I don't think the loser of this one gets another fight in the UFC.

The man has no gas tank. If Mir can get to the second round, I think he takes the fight.
