    There is no shame in losing to top 5 heavyweights but still its time for Frank to consider his long term health I'd like him to remain the articulate martial artist that he is, metamoris or bust.

    There's no shame in losing to the guys Frank has lost to, even if they're not anywhere close to being top 5.

    But he's not the threat he once was, he's a gatekeeper.

    I'm just glad "we" will decide. It would be a hell of a thing if Mir had to make a decision like that without the help of a loud mouthed douchebag.
