Watch out Jones...
And if you want beef, then bring the ruckus
I personaly don't like Jones but he beats everybody mentioned on this thread.
He beat Goose fair and square although he had the most trouble with him.
He will run through Glover like you won't believe but you better believe.
Everyone with an authodox kickboxing stance will get owned by this dude. Thats why Lyoto was doing so well.
A hyper aggresive unpredictable striker is what beats this freak.
Now who do we know that fits that bill?.....
Although he is primarily a counter striker, I think Anderson would fit the bill the most. I only say that because of that complete onslaught he delivered to Leben in his first fight.
In the history of the LHW division, only one person comes to mind as both hyper aggressive and unpredictable, and that was Pride Shogun, but we all know what happened when they met.
Wand is probably the most hyper aggressive fighter in history, but not unpredictable. Vitor can also be hyper aggressive, but is very technical. Machida, however, is unpredictable, but hardly aggressive.
I don't see JJ losing any time soon, and I believe Gus's best shot was at their first meeting. Gus was able to pepper Jones, but was never able to hurt him (getting cut doesn't necessarily mean being hurt). As Jones said, he prepared wrong for that fight. He probably underestimated Gus's tdd, and I doubt his will make that mistake again.
For the record... I think Machida and Gus have the best chances of beating JJ.

His name is Jon Jones.
I'm starting to think he was born to do this.
If Cormier turns up the way he fought Bigfoot I think he could pose a threat.
If he fights like he did when he fought Nelson he won't last long.
Not sure if Phil Davis will ever have the stand-up to compete at the highest level. With all the coaching he can get, just not sure if he has the striking talent/striking defense it takes...
