Default Anderson Silva takes his first kicks [Video]

It's only been over 2 months; this is just impressive:

Good for him, I hated thinking his career would end on such a sour note.

Very impressive. Hope he doesn't rush it too much and injure himself. He is definitely going to fight again.

So now he can use sloppy technique when kicking without fear of injury?

I hope for his full recovery... although I hate his clownish antics, I do wish to see him fight again...

Bisping would be the ideal return for Anderson. It's a win-win for both. Anderson gets an opponent who is highly ranked, marketable and doesn't pose any serious dangers to him style-wise and for Bisping, he gets the most vulnerable version of Anderson and gets catapulted to a potential title shot with a win.

This is a little over 10 weeks after the injury. Very impressive imo. The progress will only continue with his desire to build the confidence in his mind and the strength in his leg. Why not give credit where credit is due.

It is very impressive I thought he would have been out much longer, but I think it is a legitimate question Chris trained for that scenario .....capitalizing on his poor technique.
