    Fixed.

All manner of men came to work for the News: everything from wild young Turks who wanted to rip the world in half and start all over again -- to tired, beer-bellied old hacks who wanted nothing more than to live out their days in peace before a bunch of lunatics ripped the world in half.

I am a fan of Arlovskis, but I truly feel he is way past his prime. The UFC taking him back makes no sense to me whatsoever. Arlovski has zero chance of ever contending for a title - why would the UFC want someone in that position? It's as odd a move as them releasing Shields.

He also hasn't been facing top competition since 2011. No, he's not going to get KOed by guys like Ray Lopez or Mike Kyle or Andreas Kraniotakes or fat Tim Sylvia. Hell, the only legit fighter he went up against in that stretch shattered Arlovski's jaw.

I still maintain that the end of the first round was some shoddy ass reffing.

I like AA. But how is he in the UFC while Shields Fitch and Okami are not?

This seems like a "name" coming in to feed to a rising star

I think the UFC sees Velasquez and Dos Santos wiping out the HW division in short order and need to get as many name fighter on the roster as possible.

If he fights Schaub and wins, and I hope he does, I wouldn't mind seeing Arlovski vs Overeem.
