Miguel Torres to make kickboxing debut at GLORY 17's one-night tournament
Former UFC star, Miguel Torres will try his hand in kickboxing as he signs with GLORY to compete at a 4-man one-night tournament.
Miguel Torres is a Carlson Gracie black belt who has won most of his bouts by submission, but this June, the former UFC and WEC star will be trying his hand in kickboxing. The 33-year-old MMA legend has signed on for GLORY 17's 4-man, one-night tournament, with the winner set to move on to contend for the title.
Torres will be facing Shane Oblonsky, who will also be making his kickboxing debut, while the other side of the bracket will have stiffer competition with Gabriel Varga (23-2) taking on Thai star Yodkhunpon Sitmonchai (83-21-1).
