"I leave this as a declaration of intent, so no one will get confused. 1: Si vis pacum para bellum. Latin. If you want peace, prepare for war. 2: Frank Castle is dead. He died with his family. 3: In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacies, it is necessary to act outside the law. To pursue natural justice. This isn't vengeance. Revenge is not a valid motive, it's an emotional response. No, not vengeance. Punishment "

That fuckin sucks. Shows belts and rank don't mean shit in Bellator. Hope Eddie gets a quick and dominating win so there's no question and he can go to the ufc where he should've been already.

The new title shot format at work, ladies and gentlemen!

If this is true, then Chandler is the first fighter I am aware of to get a title shot after losing two straight without having to move to another weight class. Frankie Edgar and Randy Couture both got shots after two losses in different divisions. Again, as far as I am aware this is the case.

Why not just strip Eddie of the title, make Brooks the champ, and have him fight someone else.

I know you are just stating fact, but Frankie's situation isn't even close to this. Frankie's first loss was close. He won his second "loss", and in my opinion, he beat Aldo too. I like Chandler, and I like Edgar. Edgar should be a double champion, and Chandler probably shouldn't be in this position. I hope he wins, but he probably shouldn't be having this fight.

Well, it didn't take long for the BS to hit the fan in Bellasnore. Set up the tournament, to make sure everything was fair... 1st ppv in and its time to shit on the tournament, who cares about winning, set up fights that the boss wants. Who does that sound like? Little Dana.

I would jerk off to a company that came out and said "We are going to do thing fair, no gimmicks, no crap, we are going to have a fair system that we stick to. We are going to succeed or fail on the merit of the sport, and if we fail, we fail".

Maybe so, but if that meant putting together fights you couldn't, or wouldn't sell, then you'd end up out of business pretty quick.

Dont get me wrong, I love the idea of the sports being entirely legitimate, but thats just not a realistic business model. The more you can sell a fight, the more money you make, and the more you can keep your business alive for another day to keep doing what you're doing.
