Sorry I don't share you're obvious passion for women's MMA talent at this point. It's lacking and calling me a dumbass won't change that.

Breaking News Dana White is holding a press conference to call grambino a dumbass to enhance the talent pool the women's bantamweight division.

Swing from those ladies nuts all you want, it doesn't change the FACT that women's MMA is in its infancy and there's literally no elite MMA talent. I don't give a rats ass if someone was an Olympian. Great athlete? Absolutely! Translates to being an elite MMA fighter? No, it doesn't.

Look how far the men's elite talent has progressed over the last ten years. Right now there's one frieking weight class with a handful of fighters. My only point has been that while Rousey is considered other worldly right now, that may not be the case if the division was stacked like the men's divisions are. She's not doing what Silva, GSP and Fedor did and it's ridiculous to make those assertions. This is not her fault. She isn't afforded the opportunity because there aren't any elite options for her. We'll see what Holm brings, but the division needs six or seven Holms.

Imo Rhonda is comparable to Mark Coleman

Want to know where the women's talent level is in regards to the professional MMA pool? How would _ANY_ of the women fare against someone in the gatekeeper range at 135? Think Rousey gets an 11 second win over someone at Faber's level of talent? I dont.

Hell no. Someone of Alex Casearas' level of talent would give Rhonda fits.

Whether you think Ronda is an elite fighter or not I don't like this comparison to prove or disprove your argument. The winner of the Women's 100m final at the 2012 Olympics would have come last in the Men's final, that doesn't mean Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce isn't an elite athlete. Whether Ronda can beat a man or not doesn't define her skill level either.

That makes a lot more sense. I've just finished a long nightshift and my reading comprehension is not a its best.
