As long as the commission clears him, yeah
"I leave this as a declaration of intent, so no one will get confused. 1: Si vis pacum para bellum. Latin. If you want peace, prepare for war. 2: Frank Castle is dead. He died with his family. 3: In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacies, it is necessary to act outside the law. To pursue natural justice. This isn't vengeance. Revenge is not a valid motive, it's an emotional response. No, not vengeance. Punishment "
What a joke. We all know if its not in Nevada, its cuz he clearly can't get licensed so just cut him or only let him do fun fights in Brazil.
maybe Brazil is paying Dana, with unlimited bets at its Casinos, to actually find some use for all those pointless empty stadiums
to get a title fight IMHO you should be able to get a lic anywhere. What a problem it would be having a restricted champ
but in the end, what the fans will pay for matters most. As far as the business goes
I honestly think it's better in Brazil because it gives Weidman the ultimate chance to gain the absolute most glory that he could out of winning that fight there. As a long time fan of Vitor, and a fan of Weidman, I TRULY believe Weidman could go down there and beat Vitor, even if he was on that shit. Weidman can do it. And if he did, just imagine the praise he would forever receive! It'd be a HUGE event for MMA. I love both guys and I think it's best in both their interest.
Weidman can kill the lion in his jungle. Or he could be eaten.
PUT IT IN BRAZIL!
If you put the sport to one side then having the fight in Brazil is a much bigger spectacle and there being question marks over whether Vitor is gaining a pharmaceutical edge by doing so adds to my intrigue as it increases the possibility that Weidman could lose. If it goes down in Brazil then I will be BUZZING by the time the fight starts despite not previously supporting either fighter as it will have a genuine big fight feel.
For the integrity of the sport I really don't like it though unless Vitor has his day in front of the NSAC and gets legitimately licensed there first.
