He beat BJ, that wasn't all that long ago haha but I see your point.

Nonetheless it's good to hear Nick is back, I would like to see him fight Lawler again or Anderson. I enjoyed his Strikeforce run a lot and have more interest in seeing him in exciting match-ups than making a (failed) title run and/or getting wrestlefucked.

Hopefully this helps facilitate Nate's return too.
I didn't see anyone respond so I will. Nick is saying he is the more pure boxer and that Silva is more of a Kickboxer. That Silva is prone to moving in and out instead of cutting angles and controlling the octagon. He said that Weidman beat Silva with better Boxing. And as a result Silva is now focused on fixing that hole in his game.

    Nicely done Bacchus.

However, Anderson has better shoulder roll and head movement than anyone Diaz has beaten aside from maybe noons.

Thanks for the technical breakdown Bacchus, you articulated Nick's thoughts better than he can.

    Thank you.

I think Nick's ability to zero in with the Stockton slap would be greatly challenged by Silva. That said more rounds favors Nick standing in a fight Between them. I also feel Silva has way more power. My Heart says Nick for the win but my brain thinks my hearts a dumbass.

You're welcome. Nick has never been great at interviews even after winning. Its one of the things that holds him back from the spotlight "err you know um he should have moved but he didn't and i win" isn't as cute or selling as "can't and all my riddum"

I seriously don't get the hype behind Nick. I mean, sure he had a good run outside of the UFC but he's still only 1-2 since returning. But he's worth the "Anderson Silva Money" why? Because he sells seats? Man, if I knew being a total prick all the time could get you that far in life I wouldn't be nearly as pleasant as I am... Muthafucka wut!

I dont want him fighting anybody but a ranked #5-#10 opponent first honestly. Ease into it slowly and make the most of it with a chance to brush the rust off and get back into the grind and sharpen yourself back to A-game. I'd like to see him "learn to swim again" not just dive in head first and drowned.

"I leave this as a declaration of intent, so no one will get confused. 1: Si vis pacum para bellum. Latin. If you want peace, prepare for war. 2: Frank Castle is dead. He died with his family. 3: In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacies, it is necessary to act outside the law. To pursue natural justice. This isn't vengeance. Revenge is not a valid motive, it's an emotional response. No, not vengeance. Punishment "
