Default Most Violent Fight In History

Ok somebody just made a comment in a post that had me thinking.

What fights do you think should go as the most violent in history?

Frye v Takayama comes to mind.

Gonzaga vs Crocop - one shot made it one of the most violent fights for me.

Yeah, BJ Penn v Diego was a damn massacre and that broke my heart.

Brock Lesnar and Frank Mir definitely comes to mind because Mir was brutalized.

Matt Brown vs Pete Sell also comes to mind. Matt Brown had to damn near beg the ref to stop the fight.

Feel like I should make a joke that goes something like "Any Phil Davis fight because of the pinkish shorts", but I think pretending not to know the difference between violet and violent, is dumb even for me.

Tim Sylvia or Andrei Arlovski vs. Cabbage Correira instantly come to mind, with Cabbage getting fucked up, not going down and Rogan and Goldy commenting on how he must have "cement in his skull".

For brutality, the first Couture/Rizzo is one of the most physical I've ever seen with Pedro really chopping him down.

Cyborg/Finney while it lasted was gross.

Sakuraba/Arona is hellacious. Ditto any Wanderlei/Sakuraba bout for that matter as well.

JDS/Nelson was just Nelson eating shots and not going down.

Brock/Mir II or Carwin/Mir were just fucking ghastly the damage Mir takes.

Fedor/Coleman II and Fedor/Herring are just gory smack downs.

Either 1 or 2 of Cain/Bigfoot are violent as all get-out...

That King Mo/Larkin bout where Mo stops killing him before Winslow even notices is pretty sick.

Honestly, if we went back and watched a lot of those Shimada ref'd PRIDE or even DREAM/ONE FC fights, the violence unleashed in so many of those undercard finishes is staggering and he's let gets get fuuuuuucked up big time. His stoppages alone on the OneFC 16 card were really scary if you want prolonged violence....

JDS/Carwin was even worse than JDS/Nelson.

Cyborg vs Jan Finney was like watching someone slowly get run over by semi.
