not a long fight, but has an ending that will show why knees to the face of a grounded opponent is not a good idea.
Dude, Overeem and Sergei's first fight was similar and also very brutal. Those were 2 really bad beatings that he took.

I hope this isn't too big, because it's awesome.

Pat Smith smashing in Scott Morris' face with multiple elbows at UFC 2 was pretty brutal.
A good friend is a person who will bail you out of jail at three in the morning, your best friend is the guy sitting next to saying "that was awesome!"

A lot of the old shit was ultraviolent. The pre-zuffa UFC was basically a toughman competition + a Gracie.

In the modern era, I've seen so much that I don't really score violence unless it surprises me.

When Anderson Silva (who at the time I thought was just a flashy guy with quickness) debuted in the UFC against Leben (and the book on Leben at the time was that you couldn't put him to sleep with Rhino tranquilizer) and walked through him it made me just collapse back in my seat and say, "Daaaaaaaamn..."

Tito laid an absolute beat down on Shamrock at UFC 40. The first Hendo-Shogun fight was also pretty violent from both ends.

Guess I am a little old school, but a couple that come to mind that haven't been mentioned....

Severn Vs Taktarov (sp?) the original reason knees to the head of a grounded opponent went out the window.

Gary Goodridge Vs Herrera just absolute crucifix destruction
