I think we are going to have to disable pictures in posts and Rep.

Only allow pics to be loaded to the Pics and Video section and make that a moderated post by post only area.

I think what should be done in this situation is to make it so that only people with a certain level of rep/ certain number of posts can post pictures or videos. Is there anyway to disable image/ video codes for people under a certain amount of rep?

Just disable the "Insert Image" button...PLEASE....GOD...
