I most certainly am, but there's a lot of members here and I would assume a portion are kids or teens. Granted they aren't going to see anything on here they don't hear in school...But, I just think the place would be better off if (excuse me if I sound like i'm back pedaling) SOME* words were eliminated.

I just typed a bunch of * to see if anyone would try and guess them. The only 2 words censored are :
* N word - it almost always seems to instigate a fight wether intentional or not

* C word in it's singular form only - If you call someone a C#nt people get pissed off (alot of times not even that person) but if you use the word cunts about a group people typically don't get a pissy.

If something else pops up that causes problems, I would censor it but in general those are the 2 words people use when looking for an emotional response.

i wasn't complaining as I don't give a darn (lol) about it cursing, just making a statement (and I thought the singular form was banned, and did realize it had been pluralized (sp?) earlier)

I had considered that but none of them have caused any problems (they aren't the immediate standby when looking for a reaction) so generally if one is used it is used in an acceptable context (like here). If someone used one as a slur i would ban the person and consider censoring it if it became a problem.

That and there are too damn many slurs and spellings to censor them all without ending up censoring real words.
