Banned Members Thread
 

I propose a 'Sticky' either in the General section or in Noob Jack City listing the most recent members to have been banned and the reasons that they have been banned.

Also...for members thrown in the 'Hole' I suggest maybe changing their sig or av to have, like, black and white stripes indicating that they're an inmate. Maybe even list their offenses.

This would be a lesson for the new kids and a lot of fun to read for the old guys.

More work for the mods.. but I wouldn't mind seeing this information.

It already says "inmate" under their names.

What about a thread listing all offenses? It would also mean more transparency for the rest of the 'public' here. Not that we don't TRUST the mods but it'd be nice to see some of your work.

I don't have anything against the idea in principle, but that would be a fair amount of work to list everyone we put in The Hole and ban.


Between five mods, that's a lot of things to put down. Like I said, I'm not against the idea in principle, but there are other things I would rather do with my time than update a list every time I ban a troll.

I don't necessarily need to know why someone was banned and assume if they put someone away it was for good reason. The Mods here are very, VERY flexible in what they condone so if someone is gone, it was f0or something pretty stupid/dumb etc.
