Newb jack city

I would like to get some rep at some point, but I can't even post in the newb jack city forum. Can someone help me figure out why?

Should be fixed. It was supposed to be set up that anyone with less than 0 rep cannot start threads anywhere but it was set to anyone with less than 10 rep. You could still post you were just unable to start your own threads.
