Default Way to hide text within a post?

On some forums I've seen where people cover text with some-sort-of solid block... and you have to click on it, or just run the curser over it, in order to see what is written there.

Is there an option like that here on these forums?

If you make the text color dark red and then wrap it in a quote box, the text is nearly invisible without highlighting it. Otherwise I have no idea how to do it.

Nah I think what he is saying is that some forums have a "spoiler" button where you put text in between spoiler brackets. Then any text you put inside would just show up as "spoilerspoilerspoiler" until you moused over it. I'm not sure which forum tool we use (I think is phpBB) but most have a module to do this.
