I cant seem to get my animated gif to stay animated when I try to change my avatar. I am using photobucket and it is saved as animated. Any suggestions?

Anyone?

When you save your gif make sure it is set to loop

Post the URL of the GIF file if that doesn't work and I'll check it out

That URL is messed but here is the image:

http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/a...azy_person.gif

The problem is that it was saved as a single-frame GIF so the animation data is lost. If you can find it again online, copy the URL and either paste it here or upload it to your photobucket as-is

Ok I think I figured out the problem. When I try to resize it to fit is when it saves as a single animated pic. This is the direct link to the correct gif that is not resized yet and still animated......http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/a...igs420/aaa.gif

How do you even use those second av pics? I've also noticed some people seem to be able to bypass the 175px/175KB max for avatars
