I just think this will cause too much shit and members blaming MODs and vice versa. I think the idea is funny but this will run people off faster than the bitching currently cycling around threads.

I am sorry but this is the dumbest idea ever. You would give any one individual that much power? Why does it have to be about giving people neg reps? Its just plain dumb and it would open up a whole new issues.
