You are missing the point though An Admin/Mod is crucial part of your site staff. Treating one like crap and leaving the other half untouched is not going to fucking exuses what happened the last few days.
The message that you sent was loud and clear. You guys pretty much said any admin/staff memebr can work his ass off to maintain and grow the site for years and be canned without any respect or appreciation at any moment without even notifiyng him. Yeah this shit is hillarious.
Should have said staff instead of MOD in the origianl post to avoid any confusion. I don't have any problems with you Dork, I think you know that.
