Yeah, I completely agree with ATJ/Ronin, hell, I would have had 3000 rep by now if I wasn't banned 3 times in a few months and sent to the hole once or twice, then negged by the old crappy admins. Good times, Good times.

I think we should keep something in mind. While I agree it's a shitty thing to do (crying about rep) i think consideration should be given to new members who might not understand what they are.
If i joined and didn't understand it, but saw that I'd be upset too until I found out that it really doesn't mean anything. Neg reps can look like infractions if you don't understand what the rep system means.
