I guess there is nothing Shady about being all of the mods/admins being stripped of power and then told that you can be remade an Admin only after new higher admins have been created out of nowhere?

ALL the mods and most of the members agree a certain little troupe of disgruntled ex-contributors are becoming such a persistent and pathetic drain on the forum that something needs to be done. This isn't the venue for your griping about shit that happened almost a year ago. I'm 100 percent sure there is another forum out there if you really want to go 90210 about this every day, but it won't be allowed here.

It really isn't any of your business who is making what. Some of us aren't so focused on profiting off people talking about MMA and being fans of the sport. And that'll be my last comment on anything having to do with the financials of this forum or anyone's personal finances. I think that is totally out of bounds. i wish i understood why all these guys that decided to go to mmaspot(notice it's not uncensored....yet) feel the need to continue to cause problems here. I thought a decision was made to stop all your ignorant bullshit when I uncensored the spot name and told u guys it was cool to post your stories here. As fas as teh new site goes, yes it has taken time, when it launches people will understand why, it takes time to work something like this out. It's custom made from the bottom up. It's like no other MMA site. I'd be unpatient to while waiting to see the monster site that is about to launch and see what exactly I fucked myself out of being part of. It's gonna be special. Sorry fellas, but I LOVE this fucking site. I've spent HOURS working to keep spammers and trolls out. Sometimes at the expense of my job lol. I've banned more spammers than the plague. I've issued hundreds of warnings when people get close to getting themselves in trouble. Some of that even at my own expense whether it be in reputation with former posters or even other mods.

What I don't get is the motivation behind flat out TROLLING from the other site just to stir shit up or say, "Haha, we're so cool! All of the people who used to post here left because it's fun to talk about how stoned and drunk Sundance got and posted a story." No disrespect meant, but who gives a fuck? I like you but you only come here to criticize lately. If we suck, go away. If you want to play by the house rules and have a conversation, welcome.

No, you don't. That mod in particular was me, and it was a Jake Shields thread that I felt Sandy was better equipped to launch a cogent argument than I was--I contacted Palma for the same reason. That's not the same as asking someone to come here and flame people--although the fact that I overlooked flames from them because I respected a lot of the other stuff they were saying was wrong, and I admit that, freely.

I'm not saying that parts of it wasn't shady. I still don't know the complete story, and I'm pretty sure I never will. I disagreed with parts of the decision--for instance, I never understood demoting Valh to a mod. But my point was that it wasn't all wine and roses and outstanding mods doing an outstanding job. Bullock was...Bullock; not to mention the mods with cutesy fake accounts playing bullshit games with the forum. I don't know if you were one of them, and I've never had any beef with you at all.

So yes, I disagreed with some of the decisions, but some of the purge was overdue. I disagreed with the recasting of it as a whole, where everyone who got the boot was sterling, and then I came on board after agreeing to toe some nonsense partyline from a company I've never even heard of.

Apart from rh, whom a lot of the time comes off as biased to ONLY select posters, his few arse kissers, that is, which is just my opinion, of course, MMANews staff are quite an awesome group. This site is rather good, but it does have a lot of fighter bashers, which actually turns me away at times. However, this is the only MMA forum that I actually keep posting at and even bother to keep coming back too. Also, until this day, I've never even bothered to browse that hooker-filled mmgaycuntspot site. And probably never will as I already KNOW it's filled with a bunch of tools, the same tools whom had said BJ Penn this and that... yet,
