Man i hope there arent any virus' i hate virus'. Not like i have a shitty computer or anything that can't handle one..... kay i have a shitty computer, u happy know? But seriously when'd u see it? was it just at random or was it on a certain thread?

it was coming up on every page i clicked on. it was one of the ads. i finally saw where my internet security was blocking the ad. it hasnt done it in a week now i think

Safest thing to do....download and install Firefox (fuck IE) and then get the AbBlock Plus addon....it will block all ads from all advertisers on every website you visit.

From CNN.com to ESPN to Yahoo to here...at MMANEWS.com

Also delete all temporary internet files and cookies if you haven't since this issue first started happening.

Although it appears you have heuristic protection on, better safe than sorry. (heuristic means that it looks for anything that looks like it might be a virus, and can even be in a compressed file....doesn't have to be a known virus, so can produce false positives)

This site has had a history of viruses since I joined. Almost fucked up my computer before I finally switched to FF with AdblockPlus a few years back.
