Don't click on any Banner Ads and you shouldn't get a virus

I wanted everyone to see this but evertime I tried coming here my anti virus would pop up telling me this site is dangerous. Anyone else getting this?

I was wondering the same thing. I haven't posted here (or even logged in) since forever but today when I wanted to read up on the forums, for the first time ever I got a notice from Avast that MMA News' forums section (not the home page) was flagged as a site for malicious software. I was here a few days ago before today and didn't get this warning, though...so...I dunno.

You aren't alone.

Supe posted the diagnostic report he got from google chrome on the site. I believe some of the links on the banner ads have been infected with malware by a third party.

Sorry if this had been posted already. I just stopped coming here and finally decided to and wanted to see if it was just me.

So does that mean we are at risk by being on the page with the infected banner ad or only if you click the link?

Pretty sure only if you click the link that is infected and that makes it through your virus protection.

Yeah I clicked the link to this site in my favourites bar and FireFox said this site has been flagged as an attack site.
