You rep someone then can't rep them again for 9 more rep turns. So if you neg'd me you would have to pos or neg 9 other people before you could pos me.

There's a lot of differences in the way people use rep points. I really just got neg rep'd for talking bad about Jean-Claude Van Damme lol, seems a little extreme to me, but different strokes for different folks.

I think it's a great idea on the whole.......however, I'm still a little concerned about people being vindictive and childish with these points....
