I don't really see how myself, but I respect your opinion. There was a poll that ran for two weeks on the matter though (in site suggestions), and it seems you are in the minority. I know how you feel because there have been other decisions that I feel seriously harm the site's integrity, but I've been outvoted on. C'est la vie I suppose.

I think that polls that affect the direction of the site should be posted on the General page. I have never visited the Site Suggestions forum for the simple reason i am too busy reading about MMA. If I saw a poll that said "Should we allow a porn section on this site?" in the general section, I sure as hell would have voted.

Once again, I am not against porn, I am against it on this site.

I would be more supportive of it if there was some kind of age verification and password protected login to reach the forum. This would also protect the site against an criminal problems if a little kid managed to find his way in to that section.

I am not a lawyer, but legally, I don't think this site has its butt covered as much as the owners/mods think they do. I would hate to see this site go down in flames because of some little kid or, god forbid, someone posting something illegal.

I see where you're coming from, but a disclaimer is legaly ample as evidenced by the bazillion porn sites with nothing more than that (or less sometimes).

I would bet money that they are not hosted in the US. When you host in the US, you play by a whole new set of rules.

Also I'm pretty sure that a website is not to be held liable for anything posted by their forum/blog members because that is beyond their control.
