Sorry if its been posted but i found it interesting.
I found this info at Sherdog but you can check it out yourself. go to OCSD.ORG, click on "eServices", then look at "who's in jail".
I wonder what the hell he would be in there for if he is ineligible for bail.

Most likely it's a probation violation. You don't get bail. Like if You get a DUI, then get sentenced to probation and do something to fuck it up, you'll get a bench warrant and no bail until you go back to court.

Heh, nice find. If the media picks up on the connection between him and the UFC, I bet Dana personally hunts him down and beats him up. What a fucking loser.
Speaking of losers, that Dad was pretty damn bad too. He was whining about how the kids were taking drugs and steroids, but the community didnt do anything. Hey big guy, its your kid, its YOUR job to do something, not the state's. Gee whiz, your kid beat up another kid because he was on drugs, but thats not your fault and not his fault. Sure.

Rob Emerson is scum. Plain and simple. Any well trained fighter has no business committing aggravated assault on the public. If you're not using your skills in self-defense there's very little reason to beat the shit out of kids.
I hope he's banned from the UFC.

I've done some digging around and it appears that Rob is 20 years old in that newsreel and that he may have already served his nine months. He's 26 now, so maybe this is an unrelated crime?

Well, the image in the original post shows him as 26. The video shows a picture of him, and it looks like Rob Emerson to me. But you're right, they also say hes 20. Maybe its a really old video? But that doesnt explain how he was arrested without bail this year. I think its fairly likely that the news people just got his age wrong.
