It's funny, I came onto this topic to post this exact thread..haha. I would take a title shot RIGHT NOW against either Sylvia or Liddell (I weigh about 235, it'd be a weight dropping issue...not that that's important at all right now)... But yeah seriously, how many times do you get a title fight? Especially if you're Spratt and had a loss or two already.
As for the second part of your question I read a couple months ago that Florian wanted a little more time before fighting for the LHW belt, and then the fight was made a couple months later... I'm unsure if KenFlo said that in jest or if he was being serious.
